When booking an appointment, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit is non refundable.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time your card will be charged the remaining balance.

Appointments can be rescheduled 48 hours before the appointment time. Unfortunately rescheduling within 48 hours is not permitted without a fee, and a new appointment will need to be booked.
